Hello , i was almost two weeks offline, i take a break because i was compete in a bodybuilding contest and was hard with diet. Now i'm start to be online again everyday. I was 6th place from 28 in my contest. I wish i was in the top three but it's ok like that too. From now i start and wait you to come talking and have a perfect time with me again.

I have only 11 days out untill i will go on the stage. Wish me luck, i compete as junior bodybuilder . Come and talk with , i apreciate that , helps me alot. ;)

I just prepare for a bodybuilding contest in september 23. I will compete as junior for 70 kilograms. Just come into my room , see my actual shape and wish me luck! Means alot to me :) . Let's share together my preparation and shape. Kisses
